I am a contemporary sculptural installation artist based in Oxford, UK. I have a first-class degree in Textiles and am currently a PhD student at Oxford Brookes University.
I explore the fragility of life and death and the precariousness of our existence. Using a variety of media I create sculptural installations that explore the interface between materiality and memory, how we are remembered beyond death by means of our possessions and the conceptual and emotional content of objects.
My current PhD work explores site as a means to individualise human remains that cannot be identified, plant material, soil and water form the basis of these explorations.
