We will be holding our next virtual gathering for First Friday on June 5.

Read more about how to connect to the meeting. For those experienced in using Zoom, the meeting ID for June is 811-4968-4083. (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81149684083)  The password is 205883

We will gather on Zoom at 1300hrs BST to share recipes, arts, and conversation. We’ve published a special page on the website to tell you how to connect.

Share food:  Thanks to those who sent recipes, which you’ll find below. Make these on Friday!

Share art: A number of artists have offered work to share – thank you! Very soon you’ll find details on this page. Many of the artists will introduce their work or project with an opportunity to discuss or ask questions.

If you are interested in sharing work please contact us.

As usual, we start at 13.00 BST. We’ll allow fifteen minutes for a general chat and then begin with the artist sharings. The whole meeting will be no longer than 2 hours (but you can come and go as you wish).

First Fridays are always open to all but necessarily limited by geographic concerns. We regularly welcome friends from deepest Cornwall and other neighbouring counties — the record is a visit from Rob and Harriet Fraser from Cumbria (although they didn’t make the trip just to join us at Dartington! But as the May gathering will be virtual it really is open to all, wherever you may be.

If you have ideas for contributions in June, please email us.

And no, you don’t have to be a member to be part of First Friday – anyone can join us. But of course you’re always welcome to become one!

Artwork for June First Friday

These artists have offered their work for First Friday and most will introduce the work. They are shown here in the inverse order of signing up, so the last one will go first. We may run out of steam, leaving some to our First Friday in July.
